Another storm system will clip the southern side of the viewing area today with the best chance for rain and storms south of I-80 into the mid afternoon. Rain chances become more isolated toward highway 30 and then very spotty north of highway 20.

After a cold front passed last night and in combination with mostly cloudy skies today, our highs will likely remain in the 70’s.

Because of a north wind, humidity is falling through today and dew points will bottom out in the refreshing 50’s for Thursday and Friday.

Showers and storms will roll out this evening and the clouds will follow. A cool night is on the way with lows in the mid to upper 50’s. Areas of fog may develop tonight.

Thursday will be wonderful with low humidity, highs in the mid to upper 70’s and plenty of sunshine. A few clouds will develop in the afternoon.

Friday will be a very similar day with below average temperatures.

Even the weekend will be nice with dry conditions and highs in the upper 70’s to low 80’s. Rain chances return early next week with the humid air.
