TRACKING: Warm and humid afternoon

Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

We are drying out after an active morning of rain and thunderstorms. We are keeping a close eye on southern Minnesota where a line of storms are tracking through. These *may* hold together long enough to make it into NE Iowa, however a gradual weakening trend is expected.

It will be quite humid today with a warm front pushing dew points into the 70s. It will be humid through tomorrow morning, until the humidity begins to drop by the afternoon hours. Thursday and Friday will feel quite comfortable.

As a cold front tracks through Wednesday, a few more showers and thunderstorms are possible, especially south of Highway 20. Otherwise it will be partly sunny.

Dry conditions are expected for the remainder of the week.

The next chance of rain tracks in Sunday and Monday.
