Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

There is a large area of high pressure in the middle of the country. The center of it is located just west of Iowa. Since we are on the east side of it the wind is from the north and light. Once the center of the high moves to our east the wind turns to the south. Temperatures and humidity will increase for the weekend.

Isolated storms are moving south/southwest along the Mississippi River this evening.Other than these storms the sky will be clear overnight with little to no wind. Temperatures are comfortable and a couple degrees warmer than Tuesday morning.

The humidity remains pretty comfortable for late July through Friday. It gets more humid this weekend.

The weather remains dry through Saturday. There is a chance of showers/storms Sunday and and Monday.
