The sky is mostly clear Thursday night as temperatures drop into the 50s. Friday is shaping up to be a really nice day with a mostly sunny sky and temperatures near 80 degrees. There is a very slim chance of a stray shower popping up in the afternoon. If it did rain it would not be long and amounts would be less than 0.10”

A cold front will drift south across Iowa Saturday with a chance of showers/storms. Sunday we are behind the front with plenty of sunshine and temperatures slightly cooler. The map below shows the forecast position of the front Saturday morning.
