Don Bosco and Denver locked horns in back to back year –

the Cyclones looking to knock the Dons off the throne – and Riley Wright puts ’em up out of the gate with a second period pin over Cael Frost at 138 –

but Don Bosco responded – Cade Tenold boosts Bosco in to the lead pinning Ben Foelske in the second at 152 –

then – Noah Pittman – in his senior year – holds on for a 3-2 win over Brock Farley – his first win ever over Denver’s heavyweight – and the Dons go back to back in 1A with a 48, 18 win –

In class 3A – second ranked Waverly Shell Rock ran in to a juggernaut against number one Southeast Polk –

the Go-Hawks got a big win at 170 as Jacob Hermann grabbed a third period pin –

but the Rams were too much Justin Brindley gets the takedown en route to a decision over Gavin Wedemeier at 182 – and the Go-Hawks finished as runner-up falling 37 to 27 –

In class 2A – top ranked West Delaware left no doubt against Solon –

195 pounds – Jordan Bries eeked out a 3, 2 win over Seamus Pointon to keep the Hawks in control –

at 106 – Blake Engell ended things early – a first period pin against Kaden Lamm –

and West Delaware wins a class 2A title 45 to 12 –
