WATERLOO (KWWL) — Jared Moe stopped everything that came his way on Saturday night. The Waterloo goalie tallied 25 saves in a 5-0 win over Dubuque for his third shutout of the season. The win marked the third straight for Waterloo.

Vladislav Firstov provided the only offense Waterloo needed with a first period goal just over 12 minutes in. That didn’t stop them from lighting the lamp four more times behind goals from Hank Sorenson, Wyatt Shingoethe, Ryan Drkulec, and Matt Cameron.

The Black Hawks’ six points in the last three games have moved them in to a second place tie with Des Moines in the Western Conference standings.
