CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KWWL) – Players, coaches and staff at Saturday’s 2019 Courtside Films June Camp remembered one of their alums after he was drafted in the first round of Thursday’s NBA Draft.

Guard Jordan Poole attended the camp in 2016, ahead of playing for the Michigan Wolverines from 2017 to 2019. Poole went 28th overall to the Warriors, a first for any of the campers.

Saturday, the gym was packed with premier athletes, some of them with NBA lineage.

Kevin Siakam, cousin to Raptors forward and NBA Champion Pascal Siakam, was turning heads all day at the camp. Siakam was battling with Alex Antetokounmpo, little brother of Bucks forward and MVP hopeful Giannis Antetokounmpo.
