Cedar Rapids Police ask community for help identifying possible theft suspect

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KWWL) — The Cedar Rapids Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a theft suspect.

Police say the woman in the photos is suspected to have used stolen credit cards at several businesses around town.

According to a press release, the purchases are from July 29th, 2019.

The photographs are from surveillance video.

Citizens who can identify the individual in the surveillance photographs are encouraged to call the Cedar Rapids Police Department at (319) 286-5756 or Linn County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-CS-CRIME (272-7463) or text CRIMES (274637) and in the message/subject, type 5227 and your tip.
