Iowa gas prices have increased 10.3 cents per gallon

(KWWL) – Iowa gas prices have risen 10.3 cents per gallon in the past week to $2.75 per gallon.

According to GasBuddy, prices in Iowa are 20.6 cents per gallon higher than one month ago, and 16.1 cents a gallon higher than a year ago.

In the last week, the national price of gas has increased 7.4 cents a gallon, to roughly $2.83.

GasBuddy finds prices in the region as follows:

Quad Cities- $2.76/g, up 6.4 cents per gallon from last week’s $2.69/g.
Des Moines- $2.95/g, up 14.6 cents per gallon from last week’s $2.80/g.
Omaha- $2.82/g, up 12.3 cents per gallon from last week’s $2.69/g.
