Emergency crews rescue man from ice water

TRAER, Iowa. (KWWL) – The Traer Fire Department says they rescued a man trapped in a vehicle in flood water this morning.

A spokesperson for the fire department says the man was reportedly in the ice water for about seven hours.

Authorities say a water rescue team was able to rescue the unresponsive man.

He was later taken to a hospital.
