BLACK HAWK COUNTY, Iowa (KWWL) — At noon Tuesday, all nine Black Hawk County motor graders, which only run on a gravel road system, will stop running because of blowing and drifting snow, according to county engineers.

They will not operate again until 6:00 a.m. Wednesday.

On paved roads, all 12 snow plows will be out until 5:00 p.m.
