One injured in three-vehicle crash

LINN COUNTY, Iowa (KWWL) — Early Tuesday morning, a vehicle lost control and hit two other vehicles around Highway 13 and Secrist Road. According to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, the roads had ice on them causing the driver 29-year-old Jeffrey A. Martin of Vinton, Iowa to lose control and slide into the other vehicles.

Police say Martin went to Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids for assumed non-life threatening injuries. The other drivers 48-year-old Mark C. Grant of Martelle, IA and 21-year-old Nash A. Huebner of Elkhart, IA had no injuries.
