DUBUQUE, Iowa (KWWL) – The season of giving has come and gone, but The Salvation Army of Dubuque hopes to still collect donations to reach their goal of $229,000 for the 2018 holiday campaign. They are just $13,000 short of that goal.
Among the many services the holiday campaign donations will help support are helping disaster survivors, providing food and shelter to those in need, fighting domestic abuse and human trafficking, assisting the unemployed, teach kids and serve the elderly in the community.
