Cedar Rapids police make arrest at high school

Cedar Rapids Police arrested a 16-year-old male for valid warrants at Washington High School Wednesday morning.

According to police, a hand gun was found in his possession while they were making the arrest.

Cedar Rapids Public Information Officer Greg Buelow says there was no actual threat made or any indication that the teen was planning something at the school.
