(CNN) — Officials say there is “significant damage” throughout Sioux Falls, South Dakota after severe weather hit overnight.

At least one confirmed tornado touched down.

Officials say, at this time, no one has died and no one is seriously injured.

Many buildings are damaged, with some having the roofs ripped off.

Currently, about 18,000 people are without power.
