Arrest made in Dubuque shootings

DUBUQUE, Iowa (KWWL) – Dubuque Police were dispatched to Foye St. and West Locust St. for a report of shots fired. Police arrived and found 9-mm shell casings.

Traffic camera footage and private security cameras showed a man later identified as Josiah D. Lee (21) running to a vehicle while being chased by the suspect in the case who was firing at him.

The suspect was also identified as Isaiah D. Bogovich (17). Bogovich was charged as an adult with Attempted Murder (Class B Felony).

Bogovich was also identified as the suspect of a shooting that happened on July 15th close to 1 a.m. around 515 Pickett St. in Dubuque.

Bogovich turned himself in today on warrants for these charges and is currently held at the Dubuque County Jail.
