Four drug charges in Chickasaw County

CHICKASAW COUNTY, Iowa (KWWL) – The Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Office has reported multiple drug charges during a traffic stop on July 10th.

Chickasaw County Deputies stopped a vehicle on the Avenue of the Saints just after 10:30 p.m. Deputies discovered a powerful odor coming from inside. Officials began a search in which controlled substances, drug paraphernalia and cash were found.

The driver and passengers were all arrested. The names, charges and bond amounts have been listed below:

Cody Oster (24) of Grand Rapids, MI (driver) arrested for Speeding, Possession of Controlled Substance (MDMA, Ecstasy), Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Oster was held on $2,000 cash or corporate surety bond.

Charles Sanders (23) of Grandville, MI arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance-3rd Offense (MDMA, Ecstasy) – Class “D” Felony, Possession of Marijuana (THC Extract), Possession of Marijuana with Intent – Class “D” Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Sanders was held on $11,000 cash or corporate surety bond.

Elias Rempalski (24) of Freeport, MI arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance (LSD), Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Rempalski was held on $2,000 cash or corporate surety bond.

Helena Sias (21) of Grand Rapids, MI arrested on Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Parahernalia. Sias was held on $1,000 cash or corporate surety bond.
