(NBC)–Animal rights activist are taking a stand against a popular soda brand after one of their companies is accused of animal abuse.  Coca-Cola is currently under fire after video is released showing  Fairlife Farm employees committing suspected crimes of animal cruelty.

In the video it shows young calves on an Indiana farm being kicked, chocked, dragged and kept in extreme heat.  An animal rights activist is speaking out and saying what should be done in the case.

“More than arrests in this case is education. Showing the world not just what Fairlife has been doing to their animals in their dairies but what the dairy industry is all about in general,” says Richard Courto, founder of Animal Recovery Mission.

The employees involved have been charged with misdemeanors.
