Presidential candidate Andrew Yang embarking on 15-stop Iowa visit

WATERLOO, Iowa (KWWL) – Entrepreneur and Democratic presidential hopeful Andrew Yang is back in Iowa this week, and appearing at 15 events as next February’s Caucus Day in Iowa draws closer.

On Monday, the New York native made stops in Clear Lake, Mason City, Waukon, Cedar Falls and Waterloo. That came after a Sunday evening event in Iowa City; while Boone, Des Moines, Clive, Marshalltown, Cedar Rapids, Clinton, Coralville and two more Iowa City outings are planned during Yang’s trip.

Yang’s campaign says this is the 9th time the candidate has been to Iowa during his push for the Democratic nomination. He filed to run back in November 2017, according to Ballotpedia.
