Denver, CO (KWWL) — Former Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper will be making multiple stops across Iowa on Friday and Saturday.
This will be his first visit to Iowa since announcing his candidacy for president.
Hickenlooper will have events in Des Moines, Charles City, Cedar Falls, Dubuque, Clinton and Cedar Rapids.
On Friday, he will be at a meet-and-greet event in Des Moines.
Saturday morning, he will be in Charles City before traveling to Cedar Falls.
Hickenlooper will be at the Octopus Bar in Cedar Falls at 12:30 p.m. He will be showing his support for Iowa Senate District 30 candidate Eric Giddens.
Then, at 2:30 p.m., he will be at a house party in Dubuque.
Following the event in Dubuque, he will be in Clinton.
The last stop on his trip will be in Cedar Rapids.
Hickenlooper will have a meet-and-greet event at 7:30 p.m.
It will be the Quarter Barrel Brewery and Arcade on 2nd Avenue Southeast.
Since announcing his candidacy on Monday, Hickenlooper has raised over $1 million in less than 24 hours.
