Candlelight Yoga at Ushers Ferry

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KWWL) — The Cedar Rapids Parks and Recreation is having a candlelight yoga event to relieve stress and promote relaxation. They are inviting anyone age 13 or older to join.

This event will be at Ushers Ferry Lodge in Cedar Rapids. The classes is open to all levels and will be a soothing and therapeutic way to unwind and drift away from your busy schedules. In a peaceful area with flickering candles you will nurture your body, mind and soul.

You can take the class on November 13th, November 27th, and December 11th. All from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

If you plan to registrar in advance, the fee per class is $10 for residents and $11 for non residents. If you show up the day of a class the fee will be $12 for residents and $13 for non residents. Participants may bring their own yoga mats and eye pillows or you can rent them for $2 each.
