Iowa Red Cross to help with Hurricane Florence

The Iowa Region of the American Red Cross is sending volunteers, vehicles and supplies in preparation for potential impacts of Hurricane Florence.

Twelve Red Cross disaster workers were sent to North Carolina and South Carolina on Monday.

Several more are headed to Virginia at 3:30 p.m. from Cedar Rapids.
