While the mission continues to bring University of Iowa student Mollie Tibbetts back home, a news conference originally scheduled for today has been postponed.
The update from investigators was scheduled for 10 a.m. today; it is now rescheduled for Monday.
There does appear, though, to still be plenty happening behind the scenes.
According to the Des Moines Register, a farmer in Poweshiek County has taken a polygraph test.
Wayne Cheney talked to a reporter last week, and said he has nothing to hide. Cheney has not been named a suspect, or a person of interest in the case. He said he’s never met Tibbetts, or anyone in her family.
Tibbetts disappeared 23 days ago in her hometown of Brooklyn, Iowa.
