Cedar Falls Council member arrested for OWI

According to court records, Cedar Falls City Council member Mark Miller was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence.

Court records show Miller was arrested by the University of Northern Iowa Public Safety Department on Saturday, June 2nd.

This is Miller’s first OWI offense.

Miller is the current Ward-1 representative and has served on the council since 2014.

According to Miller’s city bio, he attended both UNI and Hawkeye Community College prior to starting his own residential remodeling business in 2006.
