UPDATE: Man arrested in Marshalltown shooting

MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa (KWWL) – Three adults shot in Marshalltown shooting.

Police responded to the 400 Block of Melody Lane around 4 a.m. after a shooting was report at the location.

Three adults were taken to Unity Point Hospital in town. Two of the three victims were then transported to medical facilities in Des Moines.

The investigation of this incident is ongoing. No suspects have been identified or detained.

UPDATE: Marshalltown Police have arrested Trevion Devante Hardin, 22, of Marshalltown in connection with Sunday morning’s shooting.

Hardin is charged with three counts of Attempt to Commit Murder (Class B Felony), three counts of Willful Injury (Class C Felony), three counts of Reckless Use of a Firearm (Class C Felony) and one count of Going Armed with Intent (Class D Felony).

Hardin is being held in the Marshall County Jail. The shooting remains under investigation by the Marshalltown Police Department.
