U.S. Coast Guard rescued several boaters off the coast of New Jersey

EAST OF ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey (KWWL) -- Several boaters were rescued Thursday off the coast of New Jersey, after their boat started taking in water.

Two of the boaters were hoisted to safety by an MH-65 Dolphin Helicopter air crew with the U-S Coast Guard.

Six others were pick up by a good Samaritan boat crew.

According to the coast guard, the boat started taking on water approximately 34-miles east of Atlantic City, during inclement weather.

No injuries were reported.
