Iowa City high schools to host vaccine clinics on Friday

IOWA CITY, Iowa (KWWL) — The Iowa City Community School District (ICCSD) has announced COVID-19 vaccination clinics for all ICCSD students ages 16 and older.

Clinics will be at each of the four high schools on Friday, May 7th 2021. Students 16 and over can sign up for the Pfizer COVID vaccine using one of the following:

A vaccine consent form will need to be filled by a parent/guardian and brought to the appointment. Students cannot receive a vaccine without the consent form. Paper copies are available at the school's main office if needed. The second dose vaccine clinic will be held on Friday, May 28th.
