Iowa’s Wieskamp plans to go through NBA Draft evaluation process
IOWA CITY, Iowa (KWWL) - On his Twitter account, Iowa Hawkeye Men's Basketball star, Joe Wieskamp, talked about where his plans will take him this summer.
In a tweet, Wieskamp says he will be going through the NBA Draft evaluation process while maintaining his NCAA eligibility.
"It has always been a dream of mine to play in the NBA. After talking with my family and the Iowa coaching staff, I have decided to go through the NBA Draft evaluation process while maintaining my NCAA eligibility.

Wieskamp says he will be continuing his education and graduating in the summer with a degree in Finance.
The NBA draft combine will be June 21-27. The NCAA’s deadline for players without agents to withdraw from the draft isn’t set. However in the past, it has been 10 days after the draft in years past. The draft is July 29.
Wieskamp already tested the NBA draft waters in 2019 as a freshman.
