Cedar Falls Police make arrest in sexual abuse investigation

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (KWWL)-- Cedar Falls Police have arrested a man in relation to ongoing sexual abuse of a minor.

29-year-old Samuel Scott Adkisson has been charged with Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child and Sexual Abuse in the 2nd degree. 

Both of these charges are Class B Felonies. 

The crime is punishable by up to 50 years imprisonment.
