Two hurt after a car crash on Dunkerton Road
WATERLOO, Iowa (KWWL) -- One Watleroo woman and one Dunkerton man sustained minor injuries in a traffic accident.
A release from the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office says Jessica Wygle, 29 of Waterloo, was pulling out of the parking lot of the North Iowa Juvenile Detention Center located at 1440 W. Dunkerton Road.
Austin Scribner, 27 of Dunkerton, was driving west on W. Dunkerton Road. Wygle failed to yield as she was exiting the parking lot and was struck by Scribner's vehicle.
Wygle was transported to Allen Hospital in Waterloo for non-life threatening injuries by the Waterloo Ambulance.
A passenger in Scribner's vehicle, Stephanie Morrison, 23 of Cedar Falls, was transported to Allen Hospital for minor injuries.
