DUBUQUE, Iowa (KWWL) -- The Dubuque County Public Health Incident Management Team is providing an update on the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines in the county.
In the video, Public Health Specialist Mary Rose Corrigan talks about vaccine priority groups, how they are determined, and what to expect if you are in one of these groups. She also discusses where the county is at in terms of vaccinating those in Phase 1B - Tier One and preparing to vaccinate those eligible in Tier Two.
On Friday, the county announced a vaccine phone line for residents 65 and older without a primary healthcare provider, something Corrigan also discusses in the video. She recommends reaching out to anyone 65 and older who may need help determining their vaccination plan.
