WATERLOO, Iowa (KWWL) -- Following a deadly shooting this weekend, the Waterloo Police Department is setting up an online portal for residents to submit digital evidence.
Sunday, the department announced they'd partnered with the Axon Company in creating that online portal to collect evidence.
While police prefer that contact information be left with the evidence, it is not required. They're looking for any sort of footage taken that night including videos from social media platforms such as Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
You can submit video evidence here.
The shooting happened early Saturday morning in downtown Waterloo. At least 12 people were injured, one of which succumbed to their injuries after being transported to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
Waterloo Police and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers are seeking information regarding the shooting. A $2,500 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest. If you have any information, call 319-291-4340 or 855-300-8477. You can remain anonymous.
