10+ Days of Dry weather

We are in the middle of a stretch of dry weather. Today (Thursday) makes it day 5. The forecast is for more dry weather through next week. So we will have at least 10 days of dry weather in a row. It has happened 2 other times this year. The most recent was at the end of July and early August.

I thought I would take a look at how often we have 10 or more days of dry weather in a row. Short answer: in the last 10 years about 2 to 3 times a year.

Here are the numbers for Waterloo:

2020: 2 times
2019: 2 times
2018: 3 times
2017: 3 times
2016: 1 time
2015: 4 times
2014: None
2013: None
2012: 3 times
2011: 2 times
