University of Iowa adds 32 new student COVID-19 cases, five employee

IOWA CITY, Iowa. (KWWL) - As of September 16, the University of Iowa has reported 32 new self-reported student COVID-19 cases.

This brings the total number of student cases to 1, 836.

There are five more cases among employees, leaving the total number of cases at 32.

Right now, there is one residence hall student in quarantine and 21 in self-isolation.
