They will be weakening as the move across eastern Iowa. Rain amounts are forecast to be less than 0.50”. Temperatures will drop into the upper 50s north and mid 60s south. The wind shifts from the south to the northwest after the front passes through.
Saturday: It is a dry day with a mostly sunny sky. The humidity level is lower with dew points near 60. The temperatures are also lower with highs in the upper 70s north and low 80s south. The wind is from the north at 10-15 mph. Some gusts could be near 20 mph.
Saturday Night: The sky is clear and it will be comfortable. The humidity level is low and this allows the temperatures to drop into the mid to upper 50s by morning.
Sunday: Another day with plenty of sunshine. The wind remains from the northwest at 5-15 mph. Temperatures are a little warmer as we top out in the mid 80s.
