Today: Partly cloudy to mostly cloudy with the chance of showers and thunderstorms later this morning and this afternoon. Severe weather is possible, with damaging wind the primary threat. We can't rule out small hail or an isolated tornado. The thunderstorms will develop near a cold front that will sweep through later this afternoon into the evening, taking away our humid air mass, at least briefly. High temperatures will be in the lower to upper 70s and dew points will be near 70°. Most areas that see rainfall will stay less than 0.50”.
Tonight: Chance of storms early, otherwise it becomes mostly clear as the cold front clears the area. Lows will be in the mid 50s to low 60s with a northwest wind 5-10 mph.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny and Pleasant. Temperatures will be in the lower 80s with an east/southeast wind 5-10 mph. Dew points will be comfortable in the upper 50s.
Wednesday through the weekend: A partly cloudy sky is expected. It will be a bit humid with a chance of storms Wednesday night through Sunday. It’s too early to determine how widespread the storms will be. Highs will be in the 80s.
