WATERLOO, Iowa (KWWL) -- The Waterloo Community School District announced plans to release their finalized Return to Learn plan on August 3.
While families can begin to register their kids for virtual instruction starting next week, the district says families may want to wait until the details of the district's Return to Learn plan are released on Monday, August 3. Students can be registered for virtual instruction for all or part of the 2020-21 school year. Applications will be mailed out to families starting next week.
In the meantime, the district is asking parents to register their kids for the upcoming school year through the online registration platform in Infinite Campus, regardless of whether your child will be doing in-person or online instruction. All applications for virtual instruction will be approved with the exception of some courses that will not be offered virtually.
