SOLON, Iowa (KWWL) - The Solon Community School District has announced their Return to Learn plan for the upcoming school year.
Families will be able to decide whether they wish for their children to continue with onsite learning or move to a virtual home learning option that will be accommodated by the district.
Students and staff will be "strongly encouraged" to wear face coverings, but the district does not say that they'll be required. They will provide masks to students and staff.
Among other mitigation efforts, the District's plan also says that assigned seating will be mandatory, there will be regular hand washing, and additional sanitizing stations.
