CEDAR FALLS (KWWL)-- University of Northern Iowa has released its latest plan for reopening in the fall.

Beginning July 7th, masks will be required inside all campus buildings. Face coverings will also be required in outdoor spaces when physical distancing is not possible.

Students and faculty will also be receiving two masks and a face covering each, available beginning in August.

Students will also be required to complete an online course outlining health and safety guidelines and precautions prior to the academic year.

Classroom sizes are also expected to change, however, the new course schedules will not be released until a future undetermined date.

The University of Northern Iowa is still recommending students and faculty adhere to all CDC guidelines, and encourage those curious to visit their website outlining the upcoming semester.
