CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KWWL) — The City of Cedar Rapids will continue with building closures to the public until July 20th, 2020.
The closed buildings include:
- City Hall
- City Services Center
- Central Fire Station
- Cedar Rapids Water Administration
- Animal Care and Control
- NW Recreation Center
- Cedar Rapids Police Station
- Downtown Library
- Ladd Library
The City states that services to the public are still functioning and available by phone, online or email. City officials continue to monitor safety and public service needs and plan a phased approach to reopening.
A drop-box is available outside the City Services Center for payment, permits or other documentation that would normally be dropped off in person. A drop-box is also available at the front of City Hall.
