June 27: Iowa reports 380 more cases, 273 recoveries, and three more deaths

(KWWL) -- Three additional deaths were reported for Iowa from 10 a.m. Friday to 10 a.m. Saturday, according to the state's dashboard. This brings the state's death toll to 704.

There were 380 new, confirmed cases reported Friday which brings the state's total number of cases to 27,935. There were also 273 more recoveries reported for a total of 17,413.

There were 18 additional patients hospitalized in Iowa in the last 24 hours from 10 a.m. Friday, compared to 18 yesterday. The total number of hospitalizations is 131, which is 10 less than yesterday. Of those hospitalizations, 40 are in the ICU and 22 are on ventilators.

In Iowa, 6,200 new tests were given for a total of more than 288,213 people that have been tested for COVID-19.
