Archbishop of Dubuque announces date for reopening parishes

DUBUQUE, Iowa. (KWWL) - Archbishop Michael O. Jackels announced parishes in the Archdiocese of Dubuque can begin gathering May 30-31.

Priests in the Archdiocese of Dubuque are asked not to start before the reopening date.

Archbishop Jackels also said those sick, or frail due to advanced age, or have an underlying medical condition, or nervous about getting COVID-19, shouldn't be gathering for any reason.
