Black Hawk County closes County facilities to the public

WATERLOO, Iowa (KWWL) -- Effective March 18, Black Hawk County is closing all County facilities to the public. The decision is being made to limit the exposure and spread of COVID-19.

All essential public services will still be offered, but with limited staff. Essential court proceedings will still take place. The Health Department will also remain open.
