It is going to be a very cold start to the week, warmer temperatures are in the forecast.
Roads may be a little slick in spots this morning from the snow that fell over the weekend, and a little light snow and flurries falling this morning. Any fluffy accumulation will be less than a half inch. Flurries should wind down this afternoon, but the sky will remain mostly cloudy with highs in the teens.
Tonight we will see at lest partial clearing as high pressure moves overhead. Lows will drop between -2° and -6°, with wind chills -5° to -15°. Winds will be variable 5-10 mph. However, if the sky completely clears and the wind goes calm, we are going to have to watch for colder temperatures.
Tuesday will be partly cloudy to mostly sunny with highs in the upper teens to lower temperatures.
We will see rebounding temperatures Wednesday through Friday, but with that comes the chance of snow. We will keep a chance of scattered snow showers Wednesday into Wednesday night, with a chance of a wintry mix Thursday and Friday. Some accumulation will be possible.
