CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -- Karli Rucker scored 13 points in the final six minutes as the UNI women pulled away late to top Evansville 76-60. The win kept the Panthers perfect in five home games this season.

Rucker led the way with 28 points in the win. Nicole Kroeger added 14.

Kroeger fueled UNI in the early stages. The junior guard hit a trio of three-pointers in the opening quarter as UNI started the game on a 19-3 run.

The Panther defense, however, struggled for a stretch as the Aces made it a one point game at 59-58 with six minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Rucker's final push started off 17-2 run over the final minutes that evened UNI's record at 2-2 in Missouri Valley Conference play.
