UNI women’s basketball assistant coach taking immediate leave of absence

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa. (KWWL) - A University of Northern Iowa women's basketball coach is taking a leave of absence, starting immediately.

A press release from the university says KK Armstrong's return date is unknown at this time.

UNI continues its season with a road trip to Iowa State on Sunday.
