No danger to public after an anhydrous leak in Springville

Springville (KWWL) -- The Linn County Sheriff's Office says there is no danger to the public after an anhydrous leak at the Springville COOP.

Emergency personnel say a faulty valve caused a tank to leak.

Two homes were evacuated, as a precaution, until the valve could be secured.

Linn County Sheriff's Deputies, Linn County Rescue, Linn County Hazmat and Springville Fire responded to the call Wednesday night at 10:42.
