Winter came in with a “whoosh” last night as a strong cold front brought much colder temperatures to the area today.
Winds will remain strong with west winds turning to the southwest tonight. Gusts to 35 mph will be common.
It will stay cold, too. Temperatures tonight will fall into the upper 20s to low 30s, so it looks like the growing season is over. A FREEZE WARNING will cover the entire KWWL viewing area tonight through early Saturday morning.
We stay cool through the weekend with highs only in the 40s. A few showers continue to track through the area with little to no accumulation expected.
Stay with KWWL and KWWL.com for updates.
