IOWA CITY (KWWL) — Keith Duncan kept his perfect string alive on Saturday night. The junior kicker hit all four of his field goal attempts in Iowa’s Cy-Hawk victory and the Big Ten noticed naming Duncan the conference special teams player of the week.
Duncan is now perfect on all eight of his attempts through three games. His 39 yard kick in the fourth quarter on Saturday turned out to be the game-winning score.
Iowa’s D.J. Johnson earned the conference freshman of the week honor. The defensive back racked up eight tackles and two pass break-ups in the win.
