911 Dispatcher taunts drowning woman

(NBC)–A former 911 dispatcher in Arkansas allegedly taunted a woman for driving into floodwaters before she drowned.

Police say, Donna Reneau was working on August 24th, when 47-year-old Debra Stevens called in for help.  Stevens had driven into a parking lot, attempting to avoid floodwaters.  On the recording, Reneau can be heard insulting Stevens before she died.

Authorities say, Reneau is no longer employed with the Fort Smith Police and no action will be taken against her.
